Images and generated models

When you use Fino3D, we process your uploaded images, generated 3D models, and related task information, including your selected generation mode and processing status.

Uploaded images may contain personal information depending on what you choose to submit.

Purchases and subscriptions

If you make a purchase, we collect information needed to manage credit purchases, subscriptions, balances, payments, renewals, cancellations, and billing history.

Third-party payment providers would process those payments. We would receive relevant transaction information but would not store your full payment card number.

Usage information

We may collect your IP address, browser and device details, website activity, and technical logs to operate the service, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.

Communications

If you contact us, we process the information you provide, including messages, email addresses, and attachments.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create, manage, and secure your account.
• Process images and generate 3D models.
• Provide previews, downloads, and file management.
• Manage free trials and, for future paid services, credits, payments, and subscriptions.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers to deliver Fino3D, including AI generation, infrastructure, authentication, security, and analytics. Payment providers may be added when paid services launch.

When you submit an image, the image and necessary request information are processed by our AI service providers to generate your 3D model. Uploaded content may also be checked for safety and compliance with our policies.

We share only the information reasonably needed to provide and protect the service or meet applicable legal requirements.

Our providers may have their own data processing and retention practices. You can contact us for more information about the providers involved in processing your information.

We do not sell your uploaded images or generated models or make your private content available for public browsing.

4. Your Images, Models, and File Retention

Private by default

Your uploaded images and generated models are private by default. We do not automatically publish them in a public gallery or share them with other users.

We do not use your private images or models in public examples, advertising, or promotional materials without your permission.

30-day file availability

Your original images and generated models are available in Fino3D for 30 days from task creation.

You can download your models during this period or delete your files earlier through My Models.

After 30 days, the files are scheduled for automatic deletion from Fino3D's application storage.

Other records and third-party retention

We generally keep account information while your account remains active. Billing records, security logs, and other necessary information may be retained longer for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Third-party AI providers may follow separate retention policies. Deleting a file from Fino3D does not necessarily delete every related record or copy held by those providers immediately.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

When checkout is available, payments are processed through Waffo as merchant of record. Waffo and its payment processors may collect billing details, payment information, and transaction data under their own privacy policies. Current purchase availability is shown on the Pricing page.

We use purchase references, payment status, and billing information to deliver credits, manage subscriptions and renewals, process cancellations and applicable refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to support account sign-in, security, and core website functions.

We also use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page performance, and how visitors use Fino3D. Analytics may involve information about your browser, device, page visits, and interactions with our website.

You can manage your generated files through My Models or contact us with a privacy request.

Age requirements

Fino3D is intended for users aged 18 or older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher.

We do not knowingly provide accounts or generation services to users who do not meet these requirements.
