This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains how you may use Fino3D ("we," "us," or "our"), available at https://fino3d.com.

Fino3D is an AI-powered service that transforms uploaded images into 3D models. We aim to provide a safe, responsible, and respectful environment for everyone using our service.

This Policy applies to all users, uploaded images, AI-generated 3D models, and other content processed through Fino3D. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Responsible Use

You may use Fino3D for lawful creative, personal, educational, and commercial purposes, subject to our Terms of Service and this Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Fino3D.

By using Fino3D, you agree to:

• Upload only content that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use.
• Respect the intellectual property, privacy, and other rights of third parties.
• Use AI-generated content responsibly and avoid misleading others about its origin.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Follow any applicable restrictions imposed by the AI models and service providers used by Fino3D.

You are responsible for the images you upload and how you use or distribute your generated 3D models.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

You must not upload, generate, request, distribute, or use Fino3D to facilitate any of the following:

2.1 Sexually Explicit Content and Sexual Exploitation

Pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, or content primarily intended for sexual arousal.

This includes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, and sexually explicit depictions of real individuals without their consent.

Non-sexual artistic, educational, or anatomical depictions are not automatically prohibited under this section, provided they comply with applicable laws and third-party provider restrictions.

2.2 Graphic Violence and Gore

Content depicting extreme violence, graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, gore, or the glorification of serious physical harm.

2.3 Hate and Harassment

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, threats, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups, including on the basis of protected characteristics.

2.4 Child Sexual Exploitation or Unsafe Content Involving Minors

Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes minors, including AI-generated or fictional depictions. Such content is strictly prohibited.

2.5 Deepfakes, Impersonation, and Deception

Content that uses a real person's identity, likeness, or other identifying characteristics without the necessary authorization in a manner that is deceptive, exploitative, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

You must not use Fino3D to impersonate others, create misleading representations of real individuals, or facilitate fraud.

2.6 Intellectual Property Infringement

Content that infringes another party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

This includes reproducing or creating 3D models based on copyrighted characters, trademarks, artwork, product designs, or other protected materials without the necessary authorization or another valid legal basis.

2.7 Dangerous Weapons and Harmful Physical Objects

Content or activities intended to facilitate the creation, manufacture, or distribution of illegal weapons, functional weapon components, explosive devices, or other physical objects designed or intended to cause serious harm.

Fictional or decorative objects, such as non-functional game assets and fantasy props, are not automatically prohibited under this section, provided their creation and use comply with applicable laws, this Policy, and applicable third-party provider restrictions.

2.8 Other Illegal or Harmful Activities

You must not use Fino3D to facilitate fraud, exploitation, threats, unlawful activities, or other conduct that creates significant risks to individuals, communities, or the service.

Prohibited activities also include:

• Encouraging, promoting, or facilitating self-harm or suicide.
• Promoting, supporting, or facilitating terrorism or violent extremism.
• Promoting or facilitating animal cruelty or abuse.
• Uploading or processing sensitive personal information, confidential materials, or protected data without the necessary authorization.

You must not create or use multiple accounts or automated requests to circumvent free-trial limits, rate limits, access restrictions, or usage quotas.

You must also not attempt to bypass safety safeguards, exploit the service through unauthorized automated activity, or interfere with its security or operation.

3. AI-Generated Content and Model Providers

Fino3D uses third-party AI models and infrastructure providers to deliver its image-to-3D generation services. The models and providers used may change over time.

Generated 3D models are created using artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected details, or similarities to existing works.

You must not falsely present AI-generated content as human-created or authentic when doing so would mislead others.

Fino3D is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of its third-party AI model developers or infrastructure providers.

Users must also comply with applicable third-party usage restrictions, including the fal Acceptable Use Policy, where relevant to the services used.

Additional terms or usage restrictions from applicable third-party providers may apply.

4. Content Review and Moderation

To protect users and prevent misuse, Fino3D may use automated systems, third-party safeguards, and, where appropriate, manual review to identify and investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Such reviews may involve uploaded images, generated content, associated account activity, and reports of suspected violations.

We may reject generation requests, restrict access to generated files, or investigate content that appears to violate this Policy.

We are not obligated to monitor or review every uploaded image or generated model. Automated safety systems are not perfect, and we do not guarantee that every prohibited or harmful item will be detected.

We may retain limited information necessary to investigate violations, document enforcement decisions, comply with legal obligations, or protect our service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

5. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that a user or content violates this Policy, we may take appropriate action, including:

• Rejecting or stopping a generation request.
• Restricting access to or removing generated content.
• Temporarily limiting account features.
• Suspending or permanently terminating an account.
• Investigating suspected misuse and preserving relevant records when legally appropriate.
• Reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities when required or permitted by law.

The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, the available evidence, and any applicable legal requirements.

Serious violations, particularly those involving child sexual exploitation, may result in immediate account restrictions.

Any refund or credit adjustments will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, please contact support@fino3d.com with your account email, relevant task IDs, and a brief explanation. We will consider the information provided and review the matter as appropriate.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe content or activity involving Fino3D violates this Policy, please contact:

Please include, where available:

• A brief description of the suspected violation.
• The relevant generation or task ID, if known.
• Any information that may help us identify and review the issue.
• Your contact information if you would like a response.

For intellectual property complaints, please identify the protected work, describe the alleged infringement, and provide information demonstrating your authority to submit the report.

We will review reports and take appropriate action based on the information available, the nature of the concern, and applicable law.

Please do not email illegal or sexually exploitative images involving minors. Instead, provide a description and relevant identifiers so that the matter can be handled through appropriate channels.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our service, safety practices, legal obligations, or applicable third-party requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels where required by applicable law.

Updated versions will take effect on the date specified in the revised Policy.

Your continued use of Fino3D after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
